Hope Died 

What hope could there be
Hope died
A long time ago
It departed with those who departed
To the world of death
From which there is no return

What hope for those who died
Unjustly, in all pain and anguish
What hope for those who died
Disappointed

Mercy has died
And nothing remains but cruelty
Conscience has died
And nothing remains but injustice

What hope when everyone has died
They have no hope
Even to be buried beneath the earth

Hope died
God have mercy on him

أي أمل قد يكون
الأمل مات 
منذ زمان طويل
رحل مع من رحلوا
إلى عالم الموت
الذي لا رجوع منه

أي أمل لمن ماتوا 
ظلماً بكل ألم وحسرة
أي أمل لمن ماتوا 
خائبي الأمل

لقد ماتت الرحمة
ولم يبقَ سوى القسوة
لقد مات الضمير
ولم يبقَ إلا الظلم

أي أمل والكل قد ماتوا 
ليس لهم أمل
حتى ليُدفنوا تحت التراب

الأمل مات
