I Write to Be

Writing is my window to the universe,

Through it I pour the sighs of the silent,

I ignite letters made of light,

To illuminate the paths of the lost.

It is neither trade nor gain,

But a river of giving that never runs dry,

I plant words like trees,

To shade the heart of humanity.

I write to be the echo of souls,

And carry the pain of the oppressed,

So that the voice of the voiceless won't be lost,

In the silence of the indifferent

To man's injustice against his fellow man.

For writing is an eternal covenant,

A message of love and peace,

It is the work I have chosen,

To remain a witness to dream and sorrows.

أكتبُ لأكون

الكتابةُ نافذتي إلى الكون،  

أبثُّ فيها أنينَ الصامتين،  

أُشعلُ حروفًا من نورٍ،  

كي تضيءَ دروبَ التائهين.

هي ليست تجارةً ولا مكسبًا،  

بل نهرُ عطاءٍ لا ينضب،  

أزرعُ الكلماتِ كأشجارٍ،  

تُظلِّلُ قلبَ الإنسانية.

أكتبُ لأكونَ صدى الأرواح،  

وأحملَ وجعَ المقهورين،  

لكي لا يضيعَ صوتُ من لا صوتَ لهم،  

في صمتِ اللامبالين

بظلمِ الإنسانِ لأخيه الإنسان.

فالكتابةُ عهدٌ أبديّ،  

رسالةُ حبٍّ وسلام،  

هي العملُ الذي اخترتُه،  

لأبقى شاهدًا على الحلمِ والآلام.
