My Words to Be a Witness

​Here is a pain that words are not enough to describe,
A deep sorrow I can barely carry,
And abundant tears, like torrential floods filling the seas.

​Innocent people were slaughtered without a sin,
Men and women, old and young, and even children,
And the world sees and does not care,
The many victims everywhere,
Who are still not buried in the soil,
Were buried in the silence of indifference,
To be killed twice with inhuman treachery.

​Screams that no one heard,
Tears that will not be erased from memory,
The pain of everyone who lost everything,
And the wounds of souls that bleed without ceasing,
Without hope, without protection.

​But even in this deep darkness,
The truth remains alive,
It bears witness to what cannot be erased,
And proves that words, however few,
Can be a light in the middle of the darkness,
A voice for those who were silenced,
And a witness to all injustice and barbarism.

​And remember that one who is silent about the truth is a mute devil.

​Very unfortunately, 
I am writing about massacres committed in Sweida,
Against innocent people from the Unitarian Druze to exterminate them, 
Last July of this year,
To be a voice for those who were silenced by the weapons of killing,
With all cruelty and injustice,
And for my words to be a witness
To war crimes against humanity, goodness, and God,
Committed by evil, sectarian, criminal, extremist terrorists,
Whose evil is far greater than that of the accursed devil.

لتكون كلماتي شاهدًا 

هنا ألم لا تكفي الكلمات لوصفه،
وحزن عميق بالكاد أستطيع أن أحمله،
ودموع كثيرة، كسيول غزيرة تملأ البحار.

أبرياء ذُبحوا بلا ذنب،
رجال ونساء، كبار وصغار، وحتى الأطفال،
والعالم يرى ولا يبالي،
والضحايا الكثر في كل مكان،
الذين ما زالوا غير مدفونين في التراب،
دُفنوا في صمت اللامبالاة،
ليقتلوا مرتين بغدر لا إنساني.

صرخات لم يسمعها أحد،
دموع لم تُمحَ من الذاكرة،
وجع كل من فقد كل شيء،
وجراح أرواح تنزف بلا توقف،
بلا أمل، بلا حماية.

لكن حتى في هذا الظلام العميق،
تبقى الحقيقة حيّة،
تشهد على ما لا يُمحى،
وتثبت أن الكلمات مهما كانت قليلة،
يمكن أن تكون نورًا وسط الظلام،
وصوتًا لأولئك الذين صمتوا،
وشاهدًا على كل ظلم وبربرية.

وتذكروا أن الساكت عن الحق شيطان أخرس.

للأسف الشديد،
أنا أكتب عن مجازر ارتكبت في السويداء،
ضد الأبرياء من الموحدين الدروز لإبادتهم، 
في تموز الماضي من هذا العام،
لأكونَ صوتًا لمن أُسكتوا بأسلحة القتل،
بكل قسوة وظلم،
ولتكون كلماتي شاهدًا
على جرائم حرب ضد الإنسانية والخير والله،
ارتكبها الإرهابيون المتطرفون المجرمون الطائفيون الأشرار،
شرّهم أكبر بكثير من شر الشيطان الرجيم.
