The Gate of Peace

Faith in God and fear of Him,

And contentment with what He has bestowed upon us,

Is the true key to the gate of peace,

That peace which is not forged in conferences,

But is sown in the heart.

It is peace with ourselves,

When we break the chains of selfishness,

And free our souls from the grip of desires,

We return to a pure nature,

And live in an inner contentment that embraces tranquility.

It is peace with people,

When the race for selfish gains ceases,

And the sounds of killing and destruction fall silent,

We discover that mercy is stronger than weapons,

And that an extended hand is better than a clenched fist.

And it is peace with God,

When we humble ourselves before His noble face,

And supplicate with hearts of contentment,

He descends His mercy upon us,

And He opens for us the gates of Paradise,

There, where happiness is not a dream but an eternal reality,

And where the calls of kind hearts blossom in gardens of light.

بوابة السلام

الإيمان بالله والخوف منه،

والرضى بما قسمه لنا،

هو المفتاح الحقيقي لبوابة السلام،

ذلك السلام الذي لا يُصنَع في المؤتمرات،

بل يُزرع في القلوب.

هو سلامٌ مع أنفسنا،

حين نكسر قيد الأنانية،

ونحرّر أرواحنا من سطوة الشهوات،

نعود إلى الفطرة النقية،

فنحيا في رضا داخلي يعانق السكينة.

هو سلامٌ مع الناس،

حين يتوقف السباق نحو المكاسب الأنانية،

وتصمت أصوات القتل والدمار،

نكتشف أن الرحمة أقوى من السلاح،

وأن اليد الممدودة خير من القبضة المغلقة.

وهو سلامٌ مع الله،

حين نخشع لوجهه الكريم،

ونبتهل بقلوب الرضا،

ينزل علينا رحمته،

ويفتح لنا أبواب الفردوس،

هناك، حيث السعادة ليست حلمًا بل حقيقة دائمة،

وحيث تثمر نداءات القلوبِ الطيبة في حدائق النور.
