I Wish Humans Would 

I am a free bird soaring in the sky of poetry,

fluttering with the wings of dreams and humanity.

I am a man of peace, I do not support war,

Nor do I believe in enmity or division.

My principles are love, peace,

and respect for all people without racism or discrimination.

I hold a beautiful dream, like a luminous wish

in the night of a troubled world, drowning in a vast evil game.

That we all live in peace,

in a single, unified society of diversity,

where hearts unite in goodness.

That love resides among us without sectarianism,

racism, or tribalism.

And that justice, equality,

mercy, prosperity, and happiness prevail.

That we believe in God Almighty, and fear Him in secret and in public,

and be content with what He has given us, and do what pleases Him.

I wish humans would fulfill this beautiful dream,

then we would all be in a paradise of happiness that never fades,

we would create it in the life of this world

before we inherit it in the afterlife.

أتمنى لو أن البشر

أنا طائرٌ حرٌّ احلق في سماء الشعر،  

أرفرف بأجنحة الحُلم والإنسانية.  

أنا رجلُ سلامٍ، لا أدعم حربًا،  

ولا أؤمن بالعداء أو الانقسام.  

مبادئي هي الحُبّ، والسلام،  

والاحترام لكل البشر دون عنصرية أو تفرقة.  

أحمل حلمًا جميلًا، كأمنية مُضيئة  

في ليل عالمٍ مضطرب، غارقٍ في لعبة شرٍّ واسعة.  

أن نعيش جميعًا بسلام  

في مجتمعٍ واحدٍ موحّد من التنوع،  

تتحد فيه القلوب بالخير.  

أن يسكن الحُبّ بيننا بلا طائفية،  

ولا عنصرية، ولا عرقية.  

ويسود العدل، والمساواة،  

والرحمة، والازدهار، والسعادة.  

أن نؤمن بالله تعالى، ونخافه في السرّ والعلانية،  

ونرضى بما أعطانا، ونعمل بما يُرضيه.  

يا ليت البشر يُحققون هذا الحُلم الجميل،  

عندها نكون جميعًا في جنةٍ من سعادةٍ لا تزول،  

نصنعها في حياة الدنيا  

قبل أن نرثها في الآخرة.
