Don't Forget 

They say the sweetest water is that which you drink when extremely thirsty,

And the most delicious food is what you eat when truly hungry.

But don't forget to mention the name of Allah Almighty before you eat or drink,

And don't forget to thank Him when you finish,

For the word "Alhamdulillah" (Praise be to Allah) signifies contentment and satisfaction with what God has given us,

For it always makes

Everything we have so beautiful,

And everything we eat so delicious. 

And don't forget the saying of our Master Jesus Christ, peace be upon him:

"Man does not live by bread alone."

So, don't forget your brothers and sisters in humanity who are in need of your help.

Give them from what Allah has given you,

So that Allah may be pleased with you,

And His blessings may continue upon you.

لا تنسى

يُقال إن أعذب ماء هو ما تشربه عند العطش الشديد،

وإن أشهى طعام هو ما تأكله عند الجوع الشديد.

لكن لا تنسى أن تذكر اسم الله تعالى قبل أن تأكل أو تشرب،

ولا تنسَ أن تشكر الله عند الانتهاء،

فكلمة "الحمد لله" تعني الرضا والقناعة بما وهبنا الله إياه،

وتجعلُ دائماً

كل ما نملك جميلاً جدًا،

وكل ما نأكله لذيذاً جدًا. 

ولا تنسَى قول سيدنا المسيح عليه السلام: "ليس بالخبز وحده يحيا الإنسان".

فلا تنسَى إخوانك وأخواتك في الإنسانية الذين يحتاجون إلى مساعدتك.

أعطهم مما وهبك الله،

ليرضى الله عنك،

وتستمر عليك نعمه.
