Anger

Anger is a fire that burns within,  
A storm that rages, loud and thin.  
It clouds the mind, it steals the light,  
And turns the day into the night.  

Anger kills the soul, it breaks the heart,  
It tears the world and peace apart.  
But if we pause, and take a breath,  
We’ll find a path away from doom.

For anger fades, and peace will grow,  
When we let kindness softly flow.

الغضب

الغضب نار تشتعل في الداخل،  
عاصفة هائجة، صاخبة وحادة.  
يعتم العقل، يسرق النور،  
ويحول النهار إلى ليل.  

الغضب يقتل الروح، ويكسر القلب،  
يمزق العالم ويحطم السلام.  
لكن إن توقفنا، وأخذنا نفسًا عميقًا،  
سنجد طريقًا بعيدًا عن الهلاك. 

لأن الغضب يتبدد، والسلام ينمو،  
عندما نسمح للطف أن يتدفق بلطف.
