I Have to

I am sick, stuck between life and death.  
I am unable to go to the doctor or buy medicine because I am broke; I don’t have money.  
If I can't buy my own needs,  
This makes me think:  
How can I get married and have children if I am not sure I can provide for them?  
How, because I love you, can I make you suffer with me when I will not be able to help you?  
I must remember what I am incapable of,  
And stick to my boundaries, never crossing them.  
I can’t harm anyone, so how can I harm my beloved, who is the one I love the most?  
All I want for her is goodness and happiness.  
Yes, my heart loved you and still loves you,  
But my decision is for your own good and what’s best for you, always.  
I have to take it.  
Let us be just best friends from now on.  
Excuse me for my decision.  
Don’t be emotional; think rationally, and you will agree with it.  
My best wishes for you always.  
God bless you always.  
Don’t blame me or hate me because of my bitter decision.  
I have to take it.
