I pray

For many days, I have been lying in a bed of sickness, dying slowly because of my severe pains.  
I have wished many times to die, to continue sleeping, and never wake up.  
I don't have money to go to a doctor or buy medicine.  
And if I get up, I don't have food to eat because I don't have money to buy it.  
But I realized that Allah is my only salvation.  
I prayed and continued praying that Allah would save me from my painful suffering, heal my body's pains, and give me patience in my ordeals.  
With tears in my eyes, I realized my remorse for sometimes losing my belief, doubting Allah's mercy, and disobeying Him.  
I allowed the devil to drag me into playing its evil games.  
I realized that Allah owns me, owns my soul, my body, and everything within me and everything I have.  
I realized that I must always obey Allah Almighty, worship Him, and pray to Him at all times.  
I pray that I always believe in Allah, worship Him, obey Him, pray to Him, trust Him, love Him, remain humble, and remember that the devil comes from vanity, and that Almighty Allah saves me from the devil's evil games.  
Amen, O Allah Almighty.
