My poor life

I am very sick from many days
But I don't have money unfortunately
And if no money
No doctor or medicine
Now my poor life is killing me
Because I am so poor person has nothing
I never married or have kids 
If I can't help myself
How I can help my wife and kids
What if they are sick and I can't take them to doctor or buy medicine for them
They will die without l can help them
The better is to live alone and die alone
My dear love
Really I love you
But unfortunately love without money is love without hope
So that I don't want you to love me anymore
I will destroy your happiness
I can't make you to suffer with me
I can't kill you
Sorry if I make you feel sad
This is not what I want
But because of my poor life
Few days ago
I will do what God wants me to do
I must be brave and obey God and do what He wants
This is what God wants and I must do it
