I have to

I am sick between life and death
I am unable to go doctor or buy medicine because I am broke I don't have money 
If I can't buy my needs 
This makes me think
How I can marry and have kids if I am not sure that I can buy their needs
How because I love you 
I can make you suffer with me without I will be able to help you
I must remember what I am not capable for
And stick to my boundaries and never cross them
I can't harm anyone, so how I can harm my beloved, and she is the most who I love
All I want for her are the goodness and happiness
Yes my heart loved you and still loves you
But my decision is for your own good and what is the best for you always
I have to take it
Let us be just best friends from now on 
Excuse me for my decision
Do not be emotional, think rationally, you will agree to it
My best wishes for you always
God bless you always
Don't blame me or hate me because of my bitter decision
I have to take it
